Sounds by Manayer

Not quite certain if it’s mere rationality, or if it’s what Daniel Kahnmen calls Loss Aversion.

Have you ever been sure that this chamber people call woman, is just a sound you’ll run after but never lay your mere eyes on? If this sound was given a title but you fail to acknowledge, or if it’s a land not yet discovered?

Her presence brings me tranquility, yet it causes all sorts of earthquakes, and I am a man from the desert, I am not very used to being knocked off my feet, or hiding under the shelters.

I was born with a head held high, I am an untamed horse, I run and the sands beneath me never block my views.

Yet this sound fogged my vision, and I’ve been resisting to crawl on my knees, in the most charming of places.

I am Adam, but the gods forgot to name all Earthly objects for me. And that chamber they call Eve; refuses to teach me.

Tell me, what do they call you? If anyone at all dares to name you? If you are a woman, then did the gods grant you a throne above every other female in this planet? Or did you grant it for yourself; and everyone else obeyed?

Tell me how to love you? Do gifts and flowers give you goosebumps? Because the only way I know how, is to bow in your presence, and to pray for your approval, to release me from my fear, but to keep me very close..tell me, for I forgot how to love women, and I wasn’t taught how I to worship sounds.

Not quite certain if it’s mere rationality, or if it’s what Daniel Kahnmen calls Loss Aversion.

How can a man lay his own crown in the fires, watch it turn into ashes, and conforms to the rules of sounds, how can a man walk by all the females, and lead himself to a woman who knows only to be loved like a sound, or to never be loved at all?
